Looking for professional advice?

There are many ways to decide how and where to advertise, but did you know that there are different ‘types’ of people you can hire? They are Workers, Employees and Freelance contractors. And as you’ve probably guessed, each one has slight differences. If you don’t know the difference between three, you are not alone.
The differences can be slight but can confusing. But don’t worry, I’ve made it easy for you. I’ve created a short 15 minute video that will take you through the basics. I’ve kept it short as I know you are busy. Let me know what you think.

Holidays are coming….
With Christmas round the corner, this can be a really busy time for many businesses. Demand for your products may increase, your staff might have to work longer to keep up with more orders, there is the Christmas party to organise, unexpected absences, grievances and staff disputes to deal with. The list could go on and on.
After reading all that, you might be in a blind panic. Anticipating the worst. Well there is no need to. I’m currently putting together some blogs, podcasts and videos about how to manage all the things that this Christmas period might throw at you.
So if you want to avoid the panic, and be able to manage your staff and workload with relative bliss, watch this space.
Even better, sign up to my newsletter.
When the blogs, podcasts and videos are ready, you will be the first to know.
Bye for now.
P.S I could write about what Christmas headaches I think you will have, all day long, but let me ask you. What HR headaches do you have? What topics, would you like me to cover?
